About the role
Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is Hawai'i’s only maternity, newborn and pediatric specialty hospital. It is well recognized as Hawai'i’s leader in the care of women, infants and children. The hospital provides specialty services for patients throughout Hawai'i and the Pacific Region, including intensive care for infants and children, 24-hour emergency pediatric and adult care, critical care air transport, and high-risk perinatal care. The Physical Therapy department helps patients improve function and mobility through outpatient clinics and inpatient settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate rehabilitation in the form of physical therapy services and consultation for inpatients and outpatients at medical centers and contract sites.
- Work rotating shifts of 8 hours.
- Deliver individualized care plans by licensed physical therapists and professionals who promote patient understanding of their health condition and how to manage it.
Requirements
- Current Hawai‘i Physical Therapy license.
- Current American Heart Association Heart Saver – AED CPR card.
Qualifications
- One (1) year general physical therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with pediatric or adult populations preferred.

Pay
Pay Range: 51.79 - 57.54 USD per hour
