PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PER DIEM WEEKENDS) PHYSICAL THERAPY
Responsibilities
The Summerlin Hospital focuses on providing comprehensive evaluations and goal-oriented treatments to enhance functional mobility and independence. This includes working in various departments such as emergency services, maternity, children's medical center, cardiovascular care, surgical services, women’s health, and oncology.
Requirements
- Nevada State Licensure as Registered Physical Therapist
- Current BLS certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program meeting APTA academic and internship requirements
- May work as a Graduate of Physical Therapy with recognition of the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners under onsite direct supervision (must be in the process of licensure)
- Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.
- Experience: None required, but preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Nevada State Licensure as Registered Physical Therapist. Current BLS certification is required.
- Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
