Location: Asbury Riverwoods, Lewisburg, PA

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized, high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments
• Help residents improve mobility, balance, strength, safety, and overall quality of life
• Support residents in aging in place safely and maintaining their independence for as long as possible
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary care teams
• Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume
• Document patient care and progress using Net Health and facility systems
• Contribute to a positive, supportive therapy culture
• Bring compassion, professionalism, and positive energy to every interaction

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing
• A genuine passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to providing thoughtful, high-quality care

Pay

$58 - $60 per hour
