Physical Therapist *Per Diem* - Outpatient - Providence Anchorage
About the role
Develops, coordinates, and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and primary partners to develop and implement physical therapy plans.
- Coordinate physical therapy services to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain physical therapy records and documentation.
- Provide patient education and counseling regarding physical therapy procedures and outcomes.
- Assess patient needs and progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or D.P.T. in Physical Therapy.
- Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

This position is Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Variable Shift, Hours Per Week as needed.
