About the Role: As a Physical Therapist (Per Diem) at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing physical therapy services to help them achieve their maximum level of function and independence. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting evaluations and assessments, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
