About the role
This role involves performing objective assessments and developing comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of Therapy Leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision to patients
- Oversee rehabilitation technicians
- Supervise PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts
- Ensure all duties align with organizational mission, values, and standards
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's, Master of Science, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
- Current or temporary licensure in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred candidates have 6 months to 1 year of experience, especially in caring for adult and geriatric populations
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat is required
