Physical Therapist Per Diem

Location: Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living, a 130-acre continuing care retirement community in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. This is a Per Diem role.

About the role

Join our team as a resident-centered Physical Therapist, providing a holistic approach that supports residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. You will implement personal care plans focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines while fostering comfort, companionship, and belonging. Our community offers inpatient, outpatient, and specialty programs, including urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, home safety assessment, movement disorders, and low vision. All clients reside within our campus, eliminating additional travel.

Responsibilities

• Implement residents’ personal care plans with a focus on their strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Provide holistic care addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Work with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' care needs.

Requirements

• Valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements.
• Ability to complete documentation for reimbursement and regulatory compliance.
• Therapeutic experience with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
• Adherence to specific state regulations, which take precedence over general requirements.

Pay

$55 per hour.
