Physical Therapist (Per Diem)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations to assess patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques.
• Establishes and communicates care and discharge plans.
• Completes accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants and performs additional duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Valid physical therapy licensure in applicable states.
• CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• Valid driver's license and age of at least 21 years.

Additional Requirements

• Adherence to safety protocols, including vaccination requirements where applicable.
• Ability to perform clinical assessments and supervise staff.
