About the role
We're hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist for our Winston-Salem Pelvic Health team. Our well-credentialed team includes a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist with advanced training in dry needling and soft tissue mobilization, alongside established pelvic health and women's health services. This is a clinic built for genuine clinical depth, not a single-specialty caseload.
Whether you're an experienced Pelvic Health PT looking for a change or an orthopedic/outpatient PT ready to build something new, this role offers structured mentorship, a real training pathway through Evidence In Motion (EIM), and board certification support. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
- Deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education
- Treat pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum conditions, and pelvic floor dysfunction
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist, or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
- CPR and First Aid Certification required
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Pelvic health experience preferred but not required; training provided for orthopedic and outpatient PTs interested in specializing
