Responsibilities
- Implementing customized rehabilitation plans tailored to patient needs
- Participating in state survey preparation and ADR and appeal management
- Managing comprehensive risk assessments and quality assurance processes
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance clinical excellence
- Tracking and analyzing outcomes to inform continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
- Current license to practice in your state
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
