About the Role
Seeking a Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients, under general supervision of Therapy Leadership. Responsibilities include direct supervision of patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, and general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. The role requires adherence to departmental policies, standards of treatment, and organizational values.
Responsibilities
- Perform objective assessments of adult and geriatric patients
- Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment programs
- Directly supervise patients
- Indirectly supervise rehabilitation technicians
- Generally supervise physical therapist assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts
- Adhere to departmental policies and standards of treatment
Requirements
Education & Licensure
- Bachelor’s, Master of Science, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Current or temporary Physical Therapy license in practice state
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience
- 6 months to 1 year of experience, especially with adult and geriatric patients
Physical Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat

Schedule
Flexible scheduling with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
