About the role

We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist interested in growing their career in Pelvic Health. This role includes structured mentorship, career development, and multiple career pathways including clinical excellence, hybrid roles, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
  • Deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education
  • Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Treat conditions including (but not limited to):
    • Pelvic pain and dysfunction
    • Urinary and fecal incontinence
    • Pelvic organ prolapse
    • Pregnancy and postpartum conditions
    • Post-surgical pelvic rehabilitation

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
  • Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
  • CPR and first aid certification required
  • Prior pelvic experience is not required—structured training and ongoing support will be provided

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually, inclusive of productivity incentives.
