Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health

About the role

The NovaCare Mitchellville outpatient physical therapy center is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist to join their CoreVia team. This is a per diem / PRN or steady part-time schedule treating pelvic health and orthopedic patients. Previous pelvic health experience is required to be considered. The position emphasizes improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Requirements

• At least one year of clinical experience in pelvic health and related certifications are required
• Experience with orthopedics, vestibular, and oncology is preferred

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
