About the role
We're not your average PT clinic — and we're not looking for an average pelvic PT. Newer grads welcome. Penrose Physical Therapy in Lacey, WA is expanding. We've grown into something bigger than outpatient ortho: we're building the first integrated mobility and longevity center in the South Sound — combining clinical rehab, regenerative medicine, and wellness under one roof. Treatments include dry needling, EMTT, shockwave, pulsed radio frequency, red light, upright VR, HBOT, PEMF, and infrared sauna.
Responsibilities
- Most pelvic evals are 60 minutes; every follow-up is 40 minutes, one-on-one with your patient — no overlap, no handoffs, no tech doing your job.
- Treat complex cases and work alongside experienced PTs in vestibular and pelvic health.
- Co-treat when it matters.
- Participate in weekly provider meetings focused on skills practice, tough case review, and OCS prep materials.
- Close notes at time of service with AI-assisted documentation.
Requirements
- Belief in manual therapy, functional loading, and patient education.
- Understanding that advanced tools like shockwave, EMTT, Stimpod, red light, and hyperbaric can make a real difference for patients.
- Ability to build trust quickly and clearly explain how PT plus advanced technologies will benefit patients.
- Interest in regenerative therapies and wellness as real tools that change outcomes.
- Willingness to be held accountable and to hold others to the same standard.
