Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
• Valid Physical Therapist License
• Interest or experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation is preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment requirements
• Educate patients and coordinate with healthcare teams, making appropriate referrals
• Delegate interventions to assistants and students, assessing their competency
• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and provide consultations
• Complete accurate documentation per departmental policies
