Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to provide truly patient-centered care in Pearland, TX, and surrounding areas. Part-time positions are available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients' homes and communities, incorporating creative activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers
