About the role

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is a dynamic company dedicated to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation. We offer part-time positions for experienced Physical Therapists in Dallas, TX, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs.
• Create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities.
• Incorporate a variety of activities to address functional goals and ignite interest.
• Work one-on-one with patients to build their skills in their own homes and communities.
• Provide intensive, individualized services for patients ranging from severe brain injury to job readiness.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure.
• Experience in treating neurologically related disorders.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers.
