Physical Therapist (Part-Time)

About the role

Whispering Pines Nursing and Rehab, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce and enhance performance
• Identify need for and make referral to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the patient
• Instruct, educate and train patients and caregivers in the skills and functions essential for promoting patient independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, provisional licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a current Physical Therapy License in the state of Minnesota, Wisconsin or Ohio. A Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy is required. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
