Physical Therapist (Part-time/Consultant)

About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (Part-Time/Consultant) to join our dedicated team at Berkshire Meadows. Our program provides services in a residential, special education, and day habilitation setting for children and adults with severe developmental disabilities, including significant cognitive, physical, and medical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of direct Physical Therapy (PT) services and consultations for a special needs population with complex needs and chronic health issues.
• Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments.
• Accurately document all services provided.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (BS, MSPT, DPT).
• Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Massachusetts.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Positive, energetic, flexible, and a team player who complements Berkshire Meadows' culture.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
