Physical Therapist - Part Time

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, treat, and implement patient care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Conducting therapy evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions.
• Educating patients and caregivers, managing discharge planning, and maintaining comprehensive documentation, billing, and scheduling.
• Supervising support staff, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and coordinating with physicians to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Complying with organizational policies, professional ethics, and scope of practice.
• Providing flexible coverage across departments, supporting smooth transitions of care, and possibly serving as a clinical instructor or committee member.

Requirements

• Current state licensure in physical therapy.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate).

Schedule

• 0.6 FTE with a flexible schedule, day shifts, and one weekend per month rotation.
