Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformities. Key duties include: Collaborating with physicians to develop, evaluate, and update treatment plans and discharge goals based on patient needs.Implementing and adjusting therapy treatments, selecting appropriate activities, and providing patient and family education.Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge instructions in accordance with departmental guidelines.Serving as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment.Ensuring adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality, infection control, and safety protocols.Providing excellent customer service, fostering a positive environment, and applying AIDET principles.Engaging in professional development, completing required competencies, and participating in staff training. Qualifications include a graduate degree in physical therapy (Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's) from an accredited program, along with valid licensure and Basic Life Support certification . Skills required: effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer proficiency.
