Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab

About the role

The PT Clinician plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including clinicians, rehab nurses, and physicians to optimize patient outcomes. Works on-site at a rehabilitation medical center, providing patient-centered, whole-person care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members
• Provide direct patient care to improve mobility and reduce pain

Qualifications

• Valid Washington Physical Therapist License
• Certification meeting licensing and registration requirements
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Preferred: Experience in physical therapy practice
