About the Role

The physical therapist (PT) delivers and supervises physical therapy services, conducting evaluations, developing individualized care plans to optimize functional outcomes, and participating in discharge planning. The role involves providing care within a team framework, collaborating with other disciplines, patients, and significant others. Coverage may include inpatient and outpatient services at multiple clinics, with a potential focus on pediatric adolescent orthopedic patients. Services must adhere to ethical standards, policies, professional guidelines, and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
• Implement and reassess treatment effectiveness

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active Washington Physical Therapist License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment, and teamwork skills
