Role Overview

A Physical Therapist in Outpatient Rehab provides direct patient care, conducts comprehensive evaluations, develops personalized treatment plans, and educates patients and families to promote recovery and long-term well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients' physical conditions
• Create and implement individualized treatment strategies using various therapeutic techniques
• Educate patients and families to empower recovery
• Model proficiency and precept new staff in a multidisciplinary, innovative clinical environment
• Ensure safety and quality of care at the point of service

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred)
• CURRENT CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through recognized organizations
