Varying shifts to cover the clinic operating hours of 7am-7pm Monday thru Thursday and 7am-5pm on Friday with two evenings required.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical function including strength, mobility, motor control, joint health, pain levels, balance, posture, and cardiopulmonary performance upon referral.
- Absorb and assess vitals, endurance, gait, and daily living capabilities with precision and compassion during evaluations.
- Create personalized, patient-centered treatment plans that promote optimal movement, safety, and long-term wellness based on clinical insight.
- Implement and delegate care using a wide range of therapeutic interventions such as heat, cold, light therapy, mobilization, and targeted exercise.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Rehab Therapists, Nurses, and Social Workers for seamless care coordination and discharge planning.
- Connect patients with community resources to support their ongoing recovery.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school;
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy;
- CT active or temporary license;
- Any experience level welcome to apply!
