About the role

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and quality of life. Develop personalized rehabilitation programs, implement evidence-based treatment plans, and document patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with physical impairments
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs
• Implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Document patient progress

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• An active Georgia PT license
• BLS-AHA certification (copy needed)
• SSN required
• DOB required
• 1 reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

• Outpatient experience encouraged
