Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon (PT(Compact Accepted)).
• Social Security Number required.
• Date of Birth required.
• One reference from an entire work history required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist, Outpatient.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise techniques.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and software.
