Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse caseload that may include orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and general musculoskeletal conditions, with opportunities to see neurologic and balance patients depending on your interests and clinic needs.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, establish measurable goals in partnership with patients, implement therapeutic exercise programs, provide manual therapy and modalities as appropriate, and progress plans of care based on clinical findings and patient response.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, prevention strategies, and realistic expectations for recovery.
- Participate in interdisciplinary communication with referring providers to ensure continuity and coordination of care.
Requirements
- Physical Therapist, Outpatient
- Experience: 1 year
- Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
- Preferred Qualifications: One year PT experience but new grads considered.

Schedule
Shifts are generally day-time, weekday hours, creating a predictable schedule that supports work-life balance. Occasional extended hours or limited weekend coverage may be requested based on patient demand, but the primary schedule focuses on traditional outpatient clinic hours.
