About the role
Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinical setting. Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, monitor patient progress, and complete clinical documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements
- Active Arizona PT license (compact accepted)
- Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant clinical setting
- BLS certification (copy needed)
- SSN and date of birth required
- One reference from entire work history
Skills
- Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation therapy environments
- Strong patient assessment abilities

$2,125.00 - $2,190.00 per week.
