Physical Therapist Outpatient PRN
Scope of Work
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
Standard Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program
PREFERRED: Master's Degree
REQUIREMENT: 6 months of relevant experience
REQUIREMENT: LICENSE-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan
REQUIREMENT: LICENSE-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan
REQUIREMENT: LICENSE-CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days
OR
REQUIREMENT: LICENSE-CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days
