Physical Therapist Outpatient PRN

Scope of Work

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
Patient/caregiver education is provided.
Adaptive equipment is arranged for as needed.

Standard Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
  Masters or Doctorate Degree preferred.
• Written or verbal communication skills required.
• Word processing and computer skills required.
• Preferred: Pediatric therapists with NDT certification and competency in serial casting.
• Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required.
• BLS certification required.

$1,000 sign-on bonus for external hires.
