Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program
- Preferred: Master's Degree
- 6 months of relevant experience
- Required upon hire: Physical Therapist License - State of Michigan
- Required upon hire: Driver's License - State of Michigan
- Required within 90 days: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
