About the role

The Physical Therapist (PT) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of physical therapy services. The PT performs evaluations, develops individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implements the plans of care, reassesses treatment results, and actively participates in discharge planning. Services are delivered within a team approach, including appropriate disciplines, significant others, and the patient. Coverage may include both inpatient and outpatient services at the Ballard and Issaquah clinics, with a focus on pediatric, adolescent, and orthopedic patients. All services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards, policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts, and current accepted state-of-the-art practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care to maximize functional outcomes.
• Implement plans of care and reassess treatment results.
• Actively participate in discharge planning.
• Deliver services within a team-based framework, collaborating with other disciplines, patients, and significant others.
• Provide care for pediatric, adolescent, and orthopedic patients as required.
• Cover both inpatient and outpatient services at Ballard and Issaquah clinics.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, policies, procedures, and state practice acts.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy.
• Washington Physical Therapist License (upon hire).
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire).

Pay

The pay range for this position is $51.76 - $80.34 per hour. These amounts represent the base pay range; additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Full time, Day shift.

Work Location: Swedish Cherry Hill, 550 17th Ave, Seattle, WA. This is an on-site position.
