About the role
This position is for a licensed Physical Therapist responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services across various settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations, interpret findings, and develop treatment plans collaboratively with patients and families.
- Implement treatment protocols, monitor patient progress, and modify plans as needed.
- Perform discharge planning, documentation, and follow‑up care to ensure seamless patient recovery.
- Manage schedules efficiently, demonstrate professionalism, and foster empathetic patient interactions.
- Pursue ongoing professional development, serve as a clinical instructor, and mentor staff, students, and volunteers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure in Maryland, DC, or Virginia as required by location.
- Current BLS certification for healthcare providers.
