Role Overview: This position is for a licensed Physical Therapist responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services across various settings. Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations, interpret findings, and develop treatment plans collaboratively with patients and families.Implement treatment protocols, monitor patient progress, and modify plans as needed.Perform discharge planning, documentation, and follow-up care to ensure seamless patient recovery.Manage schedules efficiently, demonstrate professionalism, and foster empathetic patient interactions.Pursue ongoing professional development, serve as a clinical instructor, and mentor staff, students, and volunteers. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Licensure in Maryland, DC, or Virginia as required by location.Current BLS certification for healthcare providers.
