Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic

About the Role

This outpatient orthopedic therapy position focuses on one-on-one patient care for conditions including hips, knees, shoulders, and rotator cuff issues. You will serve approximately 9-10 patients daily with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week and no weekend requirements.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care over productivity, offers mentorship opportunities, and involves collaboration with a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. There is no supervision of physical therapist assistants (PTAs) required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for outpatient orthopedics
• Both new graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply

Schedule

Four 10-hour shifts per week (4/10s), with no weekend requirements.
