About the role
You evaluate and treat patients using the MDT framework as your foundation (training provided if you're new to it).
You integrate Pilates-based rehab (tower, chair, reformer) and regenerative therapies (shockwave, EMTT) to deliver outcomes most clinics can't.
You own your patient outcomes - retention, results, and long-term transformation.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using the MDT framework as your foundation (training provided if you're new to it)
- Integrate Pilates-based rehab (tower, chair, reformer) and regenerative therapies (shockwave, EMTT) to deliver outcomes most clinics can't
- Show up fully for our Tuesday training blocks and weekly mentorship
- Participate in community events and team experiences that build the culture
Requirements
- NH-licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible), including new grads
- Excited to learn and apply MDT as your primary evaluation framework
- Passionate about client education and movement-based rehab
- Curious about regenerative therapies and ready to add them to your toolkit
- Accountable, coachable, and a real team player
