Physical Therapist Outpatient (Neuro)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformities.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and adjust care plans, deliver treatment, educate patients and families, and provide discharge instructions.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge records in compliance with departmental guidelines.
• Act as a resource for staff and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate).
• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license and BLS certification, with BLS Instructor and Provisional certifications preferred.
• Demonstrate effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
