Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy to a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, sports, and workers’ compensation patients. Key Duties Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine impairments and functional limitations.Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans.Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to restore mobility and improve performance.Educate patients and families on treatment plans, progress, and self-management strategies.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care.Document clinical findings and care delivered in an electronic medical record (EMR).Contribute to continuing education, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Physical Therapist with strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation techniques.Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.Detail-oriented EMR documentation and commitment to evidence-based care.
