Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Full-Time

About the role

This position involves providing high-quality physical therapy care, utilizing clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient movement and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examinations.
• Develop and modify individualized care plans focused on improving function and reducing pain.
• Deliver skilled interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.
• Serve as a trusted advocate and resource for patients throughout their recovery process.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Oregon.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
