About the role
This role involves evaluating, planning, and treating patients in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
Responsibilities
- Providing therapy evaluations
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Implementing evidence-based interventions
- Coordinating discharge planning for a full caseload
- Handling documentation, billing, scheduling, and administrative duties related to patient care
- Communicating professionally, supervising support staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and referring physicians to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes
- Adhering to organizational policies, ethical standards, and scope of practice
- Flexibly working across departments based on patient needs, with opportunities to serve as a clinical instructor and participate in committees
Qualifications
- Current licensure in the practicing state
- Educational credentials from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
