About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient rehab services, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and diagnosing patients' physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic techniques.
• Educating patients and families to empower recovery and promote long-term well-being.
• Modeling proficiency and precepting new staff or students.
• Contributing to safety and quality at the point of care.

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• Current CO licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
