About the Role
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master’s or Doctorate Degree preferred
- Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required
- BLS certification required
- State of Michigan Driver’s License
- Written or verbal communication skills required
- Word processing and computer skills required
- NDT certification and competency in serial casting preferred for pediatric therapists
