Schedule
- Full-time, day shift
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Schedule may vary

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized physical therapy care by evaluating patient conditions and executing evidence-based outpatient treatment plans tailored to individual recovery goals
- Design and adapt dynamic plans of care in close collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring every treatment phase aligns with the patient’s evolving needs
- Guide treatment safety and quality by directly supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and support staff, fostering a collaborative, patient-first team environment
- Evaluate patient progress continuously to celebrate milestones, refine therapeutic techniques, and ensure optimal recovery outcomes
Requirements
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
- Physical Therapy (PT) license credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or Doctorate preferred
- Driver’s License preferred
