Physical Therapist - Outpatient Adult

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement patient care plans in an outpatient setting. The role involves providing evidence-based interventions, patient and caregiver education, discharge planning, and managing administrative duties such as documentation and billing for a full caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conducting therapy evaluations and creating individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and referring physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Supervising support staff and demonstrating professionalism
• Maintaining documentation, billing, and scheduling management
• Potentially serving as a clinical instructor and participating in departmental committees

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure
• Strong communication, professionalism, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work in various departments as needed

Pay

The position offers a $20,000 bonus.

Schedule

• Daytime hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
• On‑call Saturday rotation
• No holiday work
