About the role

Responsibilities
- Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination
- Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle
- Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain
- Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care

Pay
$80K–99K base salary + up to $5K sign-on bonus + weekly bonus based on patient volume (up to an additional ~$8K per year)
