Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Pay

$80,000–$95,000 base salary plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, weekly productivity bonuses based on patient volume (up to an additional ~$8,000 per year), and additional continuing education units (CEUs). Average patient load is fewer than 11 patients per day.
