About the role
The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements medically prescribed treatment programs for patients to restore functions, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury. This professional-level position allows for independent operations with discretion and good judgment to ensure high-quality therapeutic care.
Responsibilities
- Perform well in stress and emergency situations
- Conduct patient evaluations and re-evaluations, establish and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and response to treatment
- Perform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient populations as directed
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the medical record
- Communicate effectively with patients, peers, and other health professionals to coordinate patient care
Requirements
- Successful completion of state board examination
- Currently licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Washington
- Experience in orthopedic, neurologic, or cardiac patient management is desirable

Pay
The pay scale for this position is $44.42 - $67.33 USD per hour. Pay is influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, certifications, and education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale based on years of experience.
Schedule
- Full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Day shift
- Monday - Friday, 8 or 10-hour days (40 hours/week)
