About the role
Atlantic Health is seeking a Full Time Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Paramus. We are committed to a culture-first environment, investment in your development, and top-tier tools and flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members
- Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
- Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed
- Support Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation
- Participate in the orientation of new staff members, serve as a clinical instructor for students, and exercise independent judgement of moderately complex cases with minimal to no supervision
Qualifications
- New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program
