About the role
Join a collaborative outpatient team as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), providing individualized, evidence-based care for diverse orthopedic, post-surgical, musculoskeletal, balance, and mobility cases.
Responsibilities
- Patient evaluations and comprehensive assessments (PTs)
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Delivering evidence-based interventions and patient education
- Documenting care using advanced AI and EMR systems
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes (PTs)
- Implementing treatment plans under supervision and tracking progress (PTAs)
- Supporting patient independence and functional mobility
Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in West Virginia
- Current CPR certification
