Physical Therapist (OCS Certified)

About the role

We are seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring early-career therapists and students to promote confident, skilled practice
• Collaborating with leadership on clinical development initiatives
• Fostering a collaborative, learning-focused clinic culture
• Assessing movement dysfunction through patient history and physical exams
• Developing and adjusting individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Delivering interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities
• Monitoring patient outcomes and modifying approaches accordingly
• Acting as a resource and advocate for patients throughout recovery

Qualifications

• Licensed in Texas or pursuing a DPT
• Board Certification as an OCS
